The meeting rooms on the second floor have a fixed catering service. If you want to rent a meeting room without catering or with flexible catering, you must choose one of our other meeting rooms. This applies to the following rooms:

Prices and meeting packages

You can rent meeting rooms either by the hour or by the day. A full list of prices can be found in the booking portal or on the page of the individual meeting room. Below you will see an overview of all the relevant meeting rooms.

These 11 meeting rooms can be rented as part of a meeting package on weekdays.

The meeting packages include catering, standard technical meeting room equipment and cleanup. All meeting rooms meet the technical needs of meetings, with a large screen with easy connection, and sound- and camera equipment for digital meetings.

The meeting packages are suitable for meetings of 5 - 20 people.

The various packages include options such as coffee, tea and water only to more extensive options that also include lunch and snacks.
