Biblioteket meeting room is one of our secluded meeting rooms on the third floor. Located on the third floor behind Hvelvet, the room also serves as the backstage for this space.

Biblioteket meeting room is one of our secluded meeting rooms on the third floor. The room is located on the third floor behind Hvelvet, and also serves as the backstage for this space.
Biblioteket has large windows facing Akersgata, framed by floor-to-ceiling bookcases - hence the name. Here, in addition to books, you can find plants, old calculators from Oslo Sparebank and other trinkets from the bank.
The room is painted in Sentralen red and pink and, like most other meeting rooms at Sentralen, has exposed ventilation pipes and wiring.
This is a room that is separate from the other rooms at Sentralen, and is therefore suitable if you do not want to be disturbed.
The room is equipped with a large TV with easy connection, and a sound and picture board.

Arrival
Public entrance in Øvre Slottsgate 3. Via the Marble Staircase to the third floor, and through the Vault. Via elevator or stairs in the stairwell at the back of the Marble Hall. Meeting room The Bibilioteket also serves as backstage for the Vault.
Tilgjengelighet
Møterom Biblioteket ligger i 2.etasje og er tilgjengelig med rullestol via heis. Fra hovedinngangen må du ta heisen til 3.etasje og deretter bakheisen til 2. etasje.
Det er et stort toalett i 2. etasje rett utenfor møterommet, men dette er ikke HC-toalett. For å komme til nærmeste HC-toalett må du ta heisen opp til 3. etasje og forbi møterom 301-304. Her er det også stellebord.

Can I bring my own catering?
No, it is not allowed to bring catering from external companies
Is it possible to rent meeting rooms by the hour?
Yes, you can rent meeting rooms by the hour or by the day. You decide for yourself how long you want to rent the meeting room. Meeting rooms rented after 17:00 on weekdays or weekends pay half price of hourly and daily rent.
Is there coffee/tea/water ready in the room?
If you have pre-ordered one of our meeting packages, it will be ready in the meeting room at the agreed time. Meeting packages are available for groups of five or more and can be arranged when booking your meeting room. Alternatively, you can purchase items from the café upon arrival and bring them to the meeting room.
Can I set up the room before my meeting?
You have access to the room from the time you booked the room and not before. If you are going to have something ready for your meeting, you will need to extend your meeting room reservation.
Are you transitioning from HDMI cable to PC/Mac?
There are transitions from HDMI cable to other inputs on PC/Mac in all meeting rooms. The sound and video board from PolyCom uses a USB cable.
Is there free wireless internet in the meeting rooms?
Yes, there is free wireless internet throughout the building.

Can I hang something on the walls of the meeting rooms?
Yes, you can, but only with masking tape that does not damage the walls. Contact the reception or host for help finding the right tape.
Can I pay for the rental of the meeting room by card?
Yes, you can pay for the rental of the meeting room by card. Please let us know that you would like to pay by card when booking the room. We need your name, address, email address and phone number.
Is the meeting room unlocked when I arrive at Sentralen?
All meeting rooms are locked until you have registered your arrival. Please check in at the reception when you arrive so we can unlock the room and show you the way to your meeting room.
Is whiteboard/flippover available in the meeting rooms?
A combined whiteboard/flipchart with markers is standard in all meeting rooms. If you want a larger whiteboard, please let us know at the time of booking.
Do you send an invoice for renting meeting rooms to private individuals?
Yes, we send an invoice for renting meeting rooms to private individuals. We need your name, address, email address and phone number to send invoice.
Do you have video conferencing equipment/microphone and camera in the meeting rooms?
Yes, all our meeting rooms (with the exception of Dronningen) have equipment for videoconferencing/microphone and camera. The equipment is a combined sound and picture board with microphone and camera that you connect to your computer with a USB cable.
Is it half price for renting meeting rooms after 17:00 and on weekends at Sentralen?
Yes, meeting rooms are half the price for rental after 17:00 and on weekends at Sentralen.

Sentralen provides space for ideas, interaction and good experiences.
Sentralen is a versatile event house in Kvadraturen in central Oslo. The house consists of two buildings that were originally the head office of Christiania Sparebank. On six floors of historic premises, we rent out event rooms, production rooms and meeting rooms for all purposes.
Sentralen is owned by Sparebankstiftelsen DNB. Sentralen will contribute to supporting the Sparebank Foundation's vision to trigger good forces, through events and favourable rental prices for tenants that fit under the purposes of cultural production and social innovation.
