Publication of events at Sentralen
Sentralen publishes all public events that take place with us in our event program. In order for us to publish and contribute to the promotion of your event, we need you to fill out one of our two forms — depending on whether you want Sentralen to handle ticket sales or not.

When you choose this, we use our ticketing system to publish your tickets, and provide customer service and crowd management.
We use Tixly ticketing system. You can read more about publishing tickets further down the page.
We also publish the event in our program on sentralen.no.
In addition, we contribute to the promotion of your event.

This is how you fill out the forms
After the booking has been confirmed, you are responsible for submitting information about your event in the ticket form or programme form.
Carefully read all points and follow the instructions in the form.
Fields marked with * are mandatory. Fields that are not marked with * can be skipped if they are not relevant to your event. If you have any questions or comments, you can fill it out at the very end under “Questions”.
The forms should be submitted at least 30 days before your event is due to take place.
It may take up to five business days from the form being filled in until we get your event published.
You will receive a confirmation email with all the information when your event is visible in the program at sentralen.no.
NOTE! We cannot make changes to Tixly after your tickets go on sale. For example, we cannot change the fare or ticket types.
This is how it works to sell tickets through Tixly
We use Tixly ticketing system for publishing and selling tickets. If you choose to sell tickets through Tixly, we publish the tickets, do customer service and crowd management.
This is how you access and use
If you choose to publish tickets for your event via Tixly you will have access to your own user in the system. You can follow the ticket sales online. Information on how to access, and what is your username and password, we will send you on about by email after you have submitted the form.
This is how you get your ticket revenue
After the event, you are responsible for billing us for the ticket revenue, excluding the ticket fee, in the aftermath of the event. We will send you information on how to bill us by email. You can access the sales reports via your Tixly user.
What is the ticket fee?
We do not charge to publish your tickets, but allocate a ticket fee per ticket. This ticket fee covers our costs related to staffing and administration and comes in addition to the price you provide in the ticket form. It is the customer who pays the ticket fee.
The ticket fee covers our administrative costs of
- publication of tickets
- sale of tickets online
- follow-up of you and your audience
- responding to inquiries and questions related to tickets
The ticket fee covers staffing costs up to one hour for:
- scanning of tickets
- physical sale of tickets
- entrance of the public before the start of the event
The ticket fee is calculated based on the ticket prices:
- 1 — 100, - per ticket = 15, - ticket fee
- 101 — 250, - per ticket = 25, - ticket fee
- 251 — 500, - per ticket = 35, - ticket fee
- 501 — 1000, - per ticket = 45, - ticket fee
- 1001, - and up per ticket = 55, - ticket fee

When you sell tickets through our Tixly, you commit to using our hosting service.
Due to the Personal Data Act, we are not able to share the personal data of ticket buyers with you.
