Alternative 1: Ticket form

Choose the ticket form if you want Sentralen to publish and sell tickets for your event through Tixly.

When you choose the ticket form, we:

·       create and sell the tickets

·       publish the event on sentralen.no

·       provide customer service and assist ticket buyers

We also help promote your event.

You will receive access to Tixly, where you can follow ticket sales.

Alternative 2: Event listing form

Choose the event listing form if you only want us to publish your event in the event programme on sentralen.no.

When you choose the event listing form, we:

·       publish the event on sentralen.no

·       help promote the event

·       do not sell tickets through Tixly

We help promote all public events taking place at Sentralen.

Submit the form at least 30 days before the event

The form must be submitted at least 30 days before the event takes place. It may take up to five working days from submission for the event is published.

You will receive an email confirmation when the event is visible in the programme on sentralen.no.

How to complete the form

Read the instructions before you begin. Fields marked with an * are mandatory. You can skip other fields if they are not relevant to your event.

Have the necessary information and material ready before you begin. This may include:

·       name and description of the event

·       date and time

·       names of the organiser and participants

·       an image for the event page

·       ticket prices and ticket types

·       information about age restrictions and accessibility

·       relevant links and contact details

You can add questions or comments in the “Questions” field at the end ofthe form.

What happens after you submit the form

1.  We view the information you have submitted.

2.  The event is published in the programme on sentralen.no.

3.  You receive an email confirmation.

4.  If you use Tixly, you receive access to follow ticket sales.

Selling tickets through Tixly

The information below only applies when Sentralen sells tickets for your event through Tixly.

Check the ticket details before sales begin

Ticket prices and ticket types cannot be changed after the tickets have gone on sale. Make sure all ticket information is correct before sales begin.

Follow ticket sales in Tixly

You will receive your own Tixly account, where you can follow ticket sales online. We will send your username, password and login instructions by email after you submit the ticket form.

Sales reports will be available through your Tixly account.

Receiving your ticket revenue

After the event, you invoice Sentralen for the ticket revenue minus the ticket fees. We will send you invoicing instructions by email.

The sales report in Tixly provides the documentation you need for the invoice.

Ticket fees are added to the ticket price

There is no charge for publishing your tickets. Instead, we add a ticketfee to the price entered in the ticket form. The ticket buyer pays this fee.

The ticket fee depends on the ticket price:

• ‍‍1 – 100,- per ticket = 15,- ticket fee
• 101 – 250,- per ticket = 25,- ticket fee

• 251 – 500,- per ticket = 35,- ticket fee

• 501 – 1000,- per ticket  = 45,- ticket fee
• 1001,- og opp per ticket  = 55,- ticket fee

The ticket fee covers:

·       publishingand selling tickets

·       assisting the organiser and ticket buyers

·       responding to ticket-related enquiries

·       up to one hour of ticket scanning, on-site ticket sales and admission

Staffing for admission

When Sentralen sells tickets through Tixly, Sentralen’s front-of-housestaff must manage admission to the event.

Up to one hour of staffing is covered by the ticket fee. Additional staffing is charged separately.

Ticket buyers’ personal data is not shared with the organiser

Sentralen processes the personal data of ticket buyers. To protect their privacy, we can not share this information with the organiser.

You will have access to sales reports and aggregated sales information through Tixly.
