This was Lilla Hansen
Lilla Hansen (1872—1962) was the first female architect in Norway with her own practice. She was a graduate of the Royal Drawing School's building line, with further practice withVictor Horta in Brussels.
Hansen advocated particularly strongly for the professional legitimacy of women architects in the first half of the 20th century, as a visible pioneer and role model in a male-dominated industry. She designed many villas and residential projects located in DagensOslo (especially at Vinderen, Ris and Slemdal).
Lilla Hansen designed the student home at Majorstuen (1930—33). This is considered hermain work. She combined functionalism with Norwegian material and form traditions, which gave her buildings a distinctive character.
Hansen received high placements in architectural competitions, which strengthened the position of female architects. Her works reflect the transition from historicism and Art Nouveau tomodernism in Norwegian architecture.
