Venues for conferences and seminars

• ‍Marmorsalen: Accommodates up to 360 people. Our largest and most impressive hall is the bank's old expedition room with original marble interiors. The ceiling height reaches up to 9 meters. Large, old windows facing Øvre Slottsgate and the glass pyramid on the ceiling let in plenty of daylight, but it is also possible to darken the hall with the help of advanced carpet systems on the walls and ceiling.‍
• Kronesalen: Up to 100 people. Bright and airy room with skylights and light wood on the walls and surfaces. The hall has direct access to the roof terrace which can also be rented.‍
• Forstanderskapssalen: Up to 100 people. An elegant venue with classic wood panelling on the walls and beautiful chandeliers. The hall is the old meeting room of the bank directors, and today has a built-in stage that is 40 cm high.‍
• Gymsalen: Up to 80 people. The venue has a staircase amphitheater, generous ceilings of 4 meters and large windows, which can be drawn for. The hall is flexible for workshops and interactive sessions. Behind curtains along one wall, there is a wall with mirrors from floor to ceiling.‍
• Hvelvet: Up to 60 people. Unique and intimate venue ideal for small sessions. The venue is Christiania Sparbank's old bank vault. During the renovation of the building, it was chosen to keep the old, thick vault doors in to the venue, the original staircase and the mezzanine in the room.‍
• Produksjonsrom 1: Up to 70 people. Bright and pleasant with ash balusters on the walls, and large windows that let in a lot of daylight. Also suitable as a breakout room and for parallel sessions.‍
• Studio A: Up to 56 people. Bright and airy with close to 7.5 meters under the ceiling at the highest. Fits fine as a break-out room and for parallel sessions.

Break-out rooms and parallel sessions

At Sentralen we have several rooms that can be used as breakout rooms and for parallel sessions during your conference. This can give participants the flexibility to choose between different lectures, workshops or discussions. You can customize the rooms according to the needs of the conference and create a dynamic experience with a wide range of themes.

Technical equipment and services

We have state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment for conferences and events.

The room rent includes:

• Projector and canvas
• Single Sound System
• Connection to PC audio
• Two microphones - wireless or hoop microphone

If you need additional equipment, you can hire techniques and equipment to ensure a professional and efficient execution of your event.

Our package prices include all technical equipment and technician, so you get a simple and complete solution for your event.

Streaming and Recording Conferences

We offer both streaming and recording of conferences, either as live broadcasts or video recordings. The event can be streamed to an audience on the internet via platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube or on its own website. We can conduct streaming with and without a physical audience present.

Our complete streaming and podcast packages include all the technical equipment you need to ensure high quality of both audio and video.

Food and drink that elevates the conference

We work with SentralenMat to offer a diverse range of food and drinks. Their kitchen supplies food for everything from meetings and conferences to weddings.
