We are starting to rent out premises at Bankplassen 3: the National Museum - Architecture!
We are offering rental of four venues at Bankplassen 3: the National Museum – Architecture. Christian Norberg-Schulz-salen, Meeting room Lilla Hansen, and Meeting room Wenche Selmer are available for hire from 8 April. Sverre Fehn Paviljongen will be available for rental from 1 September.
You can rent venues at the National Museum — Architecture through us
Our collaboration with the National Museum – Architecture now allows us to offer booking, planning, and execution of events in several of the museum’s spaces.
At Sentralen, we host over 4,500 events each year, and we look forward to welcoming even more guests to unique spaces for meetings and experiences at Bankplassen.
Rooms and venues at National Museum — Architecture:
Here is an overview of the rooms available for rent at Bankplassen 3: the National Museum – Architecture.
- Christian Nordberg-Schulz-salen: A classic library hall with a warm and bright atmosphere, with the option of blackout curtains. The room is well suited for meetings, presentations and smaller screenings.
- Meeting Room Wenche Selmer: A large and airy meeting room with a clean, elegant expression, plenty of daylight, and views of Akershus Fortress and the pavilion.
- Meeting Room Lilla Hansen: A bright meeting room with distinctive character, originally the director's office, with views of Akershus Fortress.
- Sverre Fehn-paviljongen: A unique hall with abundant daylight, a glass facade and distinctive concrete walls. Available from September 1st 2026.
The Sverre Fehn Pavilion is available for rent from September 1st 2026.
