"Verdens Kuleste Dag" has been cancelled
Out of respect for the passing of His Majesty King Harald and the preparations at Akershus Fortress for the royal funeral, "Verdens Kuleste Dag" has been cancelled. Our thoughts are with the Royal Family.

The activity day features over 35 different organizations contributing a variety of activities for children and young people. This year, children can learn to play bridge, try martial arts, arts and crafts, play detective, sing, dance, join astronaut training, meet dinosaurs, taste basic flavors, and learn how to become a food hero.
You can purchase food at the fortress or bring your own packed lunch. There are water stations located throughout the area.
Bring your children, grandchildren, and family to join us for The Coolest Day in the World on August 29th from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Akershus Fortress.
