Om arrangementet
Welcome to a very special evening of healing and sound.
Lukasz Sabat is a world class sound healer who is ready to take you through an inner journey that will elevate your whole body.
Through frequencies associated with the chakras, powerful overtone singing, and ancient throat-singing techniques, Lukasz invites you into a space of restoring vibrations and deep listening.
Experience rich harmonic layers, grounding low frequencies, subtle overtones, and the transformative power of his voice and singing bowl. Allow the sounds to move through your body, quiet the mind, and create space for relaxation, presence, and inner connection.
This healing concert is designed to heal and release whatever stress is holding you back. If you've never received sound healing before - this is a perfect chance to widen your horizon and connect deeper with your body and mind.
Saturday 26/09 7-8.45 pm @ Sentralen
Come as you are, find a comfortable place, and let the sound ground you.
Bring warm clothes and a yoga mat for extra comfort - if you got one.
