Welcome to Body Dance Magic by Klubb TA PLASS.
- A two hour movement and sound therapy class made to raise your vibrations.
Got stuff to process and work through? We all do! This class is about releasing pain, joy, stress and stuck emotions through movement, as well as experiencing new sensations.
Come and dedicate time to relax your mind and dive deep into your body through breath work, yoga, dance, sound healing and meditation.
Why? Because when you are happy - the people around you will benefit too! And we need happy people to build a happy world.
Body Dance Magic consists of three parts:
Body: Wake your body up with soft movements, big breaths and stretching
Dance: Release your energy and explore how to feel free on our dance floor
Magic: Integrate the experience in a longer meditation, experience sound healing and let go of tension
Good to know before your first time
In our space, you will be working next to others - but the whole point is to focus on your own journey. The main goal for this work is to stay curios about your inner world, challenge the ego (which keeps telling you what you can and can not do) move in new ways, relax and enjoy all the sensations we can access when we let go of our judging mind. And of course - enjoy great music together!
Over time, this work will strengthen your relationship to your breath, body, ways of moving to music and support up your very own energy flow. We have seen many transformations happen with our method and we can’t wait to invite more future movers into our space.
Come serve your body some love, practice dancing freely, learn how to focus on feeling instead of thinking/judging and stretch your essence in pleasant ways. Klubb TA PLASS is here to guide your body to move, cleanse, release and make space for more joy.

Our community:
Klubb TA PLASS is a free space where all ages and bodies are welcome. Our goal is to create an atmosphere that makes you feel safe - a place to process, explore, grow and charge your batteries. Come TA PLASS, explore how you can deeper connect to your body and perhaps find new friends and connections you can learn from!

If you want to do this work on a regular basis - you can become a member and support our journey by staring your own. We have members who’s been with us for years - and every semester our community grows bigger - consisting of so many inspiring souls! From doctors to artist, builders to psychologist. Our members get access to all weekly classes + discounts on our bigger workshops and events.
