How to fill out the forms

After the booking is confirmed, it is the tenant - the organiser - who is responsible for submitting information about their event via ticket form or application form.

Read all the points carefully and follow the instructions in the form.

All fields marked with * are mandatory. Fields not marked with * can be skipped if it is not relevant to your event. If you have any questions or comments, you can fill it out at the very end under “Questions”.

Ticket forms should be submitted at least 30 days before the event is to take place.

It may take up to five business days from the form being filled in until the event is published. Organizer will receive confirmation by e-mail with all information when the event is visible in the program at sentralen.no.

You will receive a confirmation email with all the information once your event is visible in the program on sentralen.no.

It is not possible to make changes to the ticketing system after tickets go on sale.

Ticket sales through the Central and the Tixly ticket system

Sentralen uses the Tixly ticketing system for publishing and selling tickets. When using this, Sentralen is responsible for publishing tickets, customer service and audience management.

Access and User

Event organisers who choose Sentralen to publish tickets for their event via Tixly get access to their own user in the system. Event organisers can thus keep track of ticket sales online. Information about this will be sent by e-mail after the submitted form.

Ticket revenue billing

The event organiser invoices Sentralen for ticket revenue excluding the ticket fee in the aftermath of the event. Further information about billing and user information is sent by e-mail after the submitted form. The event organiser has access to sales reports via their Tixly user.

Ticket Fee

Sentralen does not charge for posting tickets, but adds a ticket fee per ticket. The ticket fee covers costs related to staffing and administration and comes in addition to the price you enter in the ticket form. It is the customer who pays the ticket fee.

The ticket fee covers administrative costs such as:

  • publishing of tickets
  • online ticket sales
  • follow-up with organizer and audience
  • responding to inquiries and questions related to tickets

The ticket fee also covers staffing costs such as:

  • scanning tickets,
  • physical sale of tickets,
  • Entrance of the public before the start of the event

The ticket fee is calculated based on the ticket prices:
NOK 1—100 per ticket = NOK 15 ticket fee

NOK 101—250 per ticket = NOK 25 ticket fee

NOK 251—500 per ticket = NOK 35 ticket fee

NOK 501—1000 per ticket = NOK 45 ticket fee

NOK 1001 and up per ticket = NOK 55 ticket fee

Additional terms when using Tixly:

Staffing beyond 1 hour costs extra per hour.

If you choose to sell tickets through Tixly, you are required to use Sentralen’s staff.

Due to the Personal Data Act, Sentralen does not have the ability to share the personal data of ticket buyers with organizers.
