Food and drink at Sentralen

Welcome to a building full of cultural, creative and culinary experiences!

At Sentralen you will find, among other things, our own restaurant, the café which in the evenings turns into a pizzeria and a number of bars that pop up when you least expect it.

Sentralen Café is open from early to late, offering everything from breakfast and lunch to simple dinner. Here you can get a good start of the day, have a meeting, get lunch to the office or meet friends for an informal meal. Our Debio-approved bakery Handwerk delivers freshly baked bread and sourdough bread every morning, and we work closely with several good suppliers to ensure that the quality of the food service is always in focus. As the evening approaches, we fill up the cabinets with good wine and drinks, as well as serving our irresistible sourdough pizza. Sentralen Café also has an active event calendar, and the first Friday every month we hold the popular after-work series Hot Friday with chili in stew and hot tunes through the speakers.

The Winter Garden

Enter the area behind the café and you will find yourself beneath the vaulted ceiling of our light and airy Atrium, complete with beer bar. The Atrium is open to all comers at all times and also serves as an excellent location for launches, lectures and concerts. 

Sentralen Restaurant

Look up while ordering a beer at the Atrium bar and you will be able to see straight into the heart of Sentralen, its main kitchen. The bistro has seating for 120 covers distributed among fixed booths, bar tables and small groups.

We serve lunch here from 11 noon until 5pm. 
For us, the evening begins at 5pm. The bistro menu is based on seasonal produce and our aim is to be as innovative as possible while focusing on local ingredients. You can choose between many small dishes to complete a meal. We hope that our guests will enjoy spending a few hours with us, being guided in their selection from the menu based on our recommendations.

The Gold Bar

Moving out into the main entrance hall at Sentralen and up the marble staircase will take you to a cocktail bar with a difference and its own distinctive character compared with the rest of the building. The Gold Bar is open when events are staged in the Directors' Hall.

In the Marble Hall, too, there is a large, well-stocked bar with quality beer, wine and cider on tap as well as a wide selection of alcohol-free drinks to tempt the taste buds.
